    Having digitized the estimation and bid process (Case Study - Construction Estimation & Project Services), the same construction client faced an equally critical gap: once a project was won and execution began, all site-level operations reverted to manual processes attendance on paper registers, material tracking in WhatsApp groups, and cost vs. budget reconciliation done only at month-end. This case study covers the Salesforce platform extension built to manage live project execution.
