A growing recruiting team was hiring for multiple roles at once, receiving 20-30 resumes per role. Every resume was opened, read, and keyed into Salesforce manually slow, inconsistent, and easy to lose track of at volume. The client needed recruiters to upload a batch of resumes for a role and have Salesforce read, evaluate, and rank every candidate automatically.
The Challenge
Recruiters faced time-consuming manual processes, from entering candidate data from PDF and DOCX resumes into Salesforce to screening candidates with inconsistent evaluation criteria. Duplicate Contact records were common when candidates applied for multiple roles, while the lack of side-by-side comparison made shortlisting difficult. Interview follow-ups also had to be emailed manually, adding further administrative effort.
The Solution
A single Bulk Resume Screening workspace in Salesforce enables recruiters to upload resumes in bulk, automatically match candidates to open Positions, eliminate duplicates, and receive AI-powered Match Scores with key strengths and gaps all in one view.
